How long have you been learning English?
Around 7 years, not sure.
What does English mean to you? What do you like about it?
Basically, English to me is a tool connecting to the world. It doesn't only
bring you to the gate of knowledge, but also share your special cultures and
social humanities to the world.
The biggest different I think between Chinese and English is that English
preserves wide room to imagine. Some of words and sentence may express
different meanings under different conditions.
Any tips about learning English?
Memerize a sample sentence made by yourself instead of a single word, so
that you can know its usage at the same time, and you won't forget it easily.
Any other information about yourself?
Well, nice to meet everyone here. Publishing a topic here is somehow nervous
to me since I have to check it twice to prevent any Grammar mistakes and
spelling.
I'm a new Railfan recently and I'm fond of discussing about railway
transportation as well as metro system. At the aspect of programming, I'm
working on jQuery and PHP(CodeIgniter) these days.
