Totally agree,
For me myself I will suggest to "Think" by English.
Means you have plenty of time to practice.
But be aware, you don't need to think complex object,
try simple one, like -- who the stupid one park like this?
What should I have for lunch today? Wow..that is my type... etc.
It really works good for me, I do it all the time.
It somehow means you have practice more than others can do, and it's funny.
