I agree with you. I want to practice speaking, but as you know in Taiwan it
is really impossible to practice speaking very offen.
lately, I find a English group, called happy English club, maybe you can
find their website by google; they hold an English party every two weeks.
However, it really needs some excellent English skill. Therefore,
I think this suggestion is very great. We practice online first XDD
