Well, in my experience, to become a good English-learner and -user,
the first thing is not study hard but study joyful
and...ya....it takes lots of time and spirits to learn English,
because it is one language after all.
Just recall, how long have you spent in Chinese?
but you've already been adept in it, right? so does English,
it's just earlier or later.
Give yourself more CONFIDENCE and PATIENCE
And NEED NOT TO afraid of talking in English,
I admire you can learn English from CNN, it's great,
but I can't just put my mind into it for a long time,
I'll be distracted no sooner...
instead, I'd like to watch American cartoons, movies, dramas,
though they're sometimes informal,
it's interesting using those words talking with friends.
Whatever, never mind what I told about the way I learned,
you can put them into references,
and try to find your best way to learn English
If you do hard and find no effectness,
maybe you just do not recognize it yet,
No free lunch, but penny for working
or you can try to adjust your method a little,
trial-and-error will help you find the access to English
