Hello there, I am very curious about different methods that you guys have tried in correcting your pronounciation. Because I moved abroad when I was very young, I learned to speak English by listening native speakers for a long time through daily life, television, and radio. Currenly, I am looking for ways that allows people who do not have the environment advantage as I did to learn to speak. I have looked into KK pronounciation method, but seriously do not find it very helpful. Even simple words like "apple" and "name" can't be accurately pronounced using that system. (Even though in KK, the 'a' in both words are described to have the same pronounciation, in reality they have different sounds). So, what are some of the ways you have tried using to learn that you have found to be effective? Any answer would be greatly appreciated.
