I'm a college student now, majoring in information management.
How long have you been learning English?
I started to learn English when I was 7. I have been learning english for
about 13 years, but my English is not fluent enough now.
What does English mean to you? What do you like about it?
To me, English is an useful tool that helps me get lots of information and
chat with my foreign friend. Besides, I love listening to Engligh songs. I
started to listen to English songs when I was in junior high school. Learning
English can help me understand and sing these songs.
Any tips about learning English?
Maybe reading, listening, speaking, and writing a lot.
Because my listening and speaking is not good enough, I don't have other
better tips. In fact, I think the best way to learn English is go abroad.
Any other information about yourself?
Not having any experience in English-spoken countries, I'm a normal
Taiwanese student. All my English learning before college are just writing and
reading and I had few opportunity to train my listening and speaking ability.
Thus, the performance of my first English presentation in front of my college
professor is no less than terrible.>< With this bad experience, I make up my
mind to enhance my English ablity(expecially listening and speaking).
I hope everyone of you would love to share your English learning experience
with me.
