I don't think anyone would be able to tell
you how much you need to stay 3 days in US. The only thing that
people might be able to tell is the air fare and you probabily
have already got the answer your own.
Why do you have to go US for a meeting if money
is a problem to you? I think that is the question
you have to figure out your own.
If you really need to know a rough number, you might need to
tell people where you are going, where you wish to stay/live...etc
, then perhaps, someone who ever been to that area might give you a clue.
