In my opinion, most of the new guys dont even aware that its an irrspnsible
behavior themself. Another reason is lacking the experience of working as a
team which can result in this kinda situation....
a common solution is that talk to that "irrsponsible" guy directly so that
he/she can learn whats the proper attitude. besides, talking behind he/she s
back wont solve the problem.
anyway, just a piece of advice, totally up to u.
