This course is about practicing and improving teaching English. Every week we have some assignments to work together such as making visual aids. Sometimes, I feel annoyed that my team members finish their parts in the last moment. However, we didn't ruin the task and did a little bit well. Somehow it makes me unhappy to keep the working model. Perhaps it's not suitable for my usual way to prepare my demonstration. Most time I do my best to practice again and again because it is hard for me to present in English and keep clear for the young kids. Therefore, I spend lots of time improving my speaking ability and teaching smoothly. On the other hand, others for my group may think whether they do wonderfully or not, not an improtant thing! It confuses me why we don't try harder and make our presentation better. From this experience, I feel frustrated for the attitudes of my team member. They seem to convey the idea that they don't really care about this or just want to keep an eye on themselves. So in this presentation, A, Cathy(me) and B don't present quite clearly. It may result form lack of time to practice and combine our parts together. Finally, I want to encourage myself to have a positive attitude towords my ideal, being an English teacher.
