小妹我實在不知為何錯 ^^"

(B) the equivalent of those enrolled in
(C) equal to those who are enrolled in
(D) as many as the enrollment of
(E) as many as are enrolled in
知道A D 都是因為 比較不同類所造成(people & enrollment不同類)
但實在不知道 B 和 C 的錯點在哪裡
OG上解釋:
C~ equal通常後接不可數名詞 (EX: equal justice)
不知道各位對於B 和 C 的看法
