題意:
一加侖油漆可以漆分隔線漆 p 平方英呎
那麼漆 t 英吋寬 m 英哩 的分隔線，需要多少油漆?
(想像分隔線是長很長，寬很窄的長方形，然後算面積)
單位換算: 1英哩 = 5280 英呎 1英吋 = 1/12 英呎
5280m * 1t/12 <--長*寬 = 要漆油漆的總面積
(5280m * 1t/12) /p <--總油漆需要量
