melting在這邊還是一個動詞 只不過是分詞化了
所以melting沒辦法跟sea levels平行
要melting the polar ice caps整個分詞片語作名詞用才有可能跟sea level平行
(不過看也知道不會是這樣)
另外還會造成一種混淆
melting the polar ice caps and sea levels that are rising
E的melting是當名詞看 與後面的rise平行
融化 of 北極冰帽 and 上升 in 海平面
