說美國的census不夠完美,因為有很多人沒被算進來。However,這基本的藍圖是正確的。
有錢人出國旅遊的沒被算進來,窮人沒地方住的沒被算進來,如果這兩部份剛好比例一樣多,就可以抵銷了。
