D選項的with看起來像是獨立結構with S Ved..., 但這種結構通常都是修飾前面的名詞,
在這邊為reserves,邏輯句意有問題.
E選項是結果狀語, GMAT答案偏好結構, 前面事情(action)是因, 導致後面發生的結果,
用句尾,Ving結構
