一點個人見解
去年 今年 明年
1.2% 4% x>4%
題目是要反駁明年會更高這個假設
(B) 提到平常都是穩定的4%在走,1.2%是暫時的下降,似乎暗示說明年會再回到4%的穩定
狀態
(D) 只有提到1.2%是10年來最低而已,明年會怎麼樣或是趨勢如何,都沒有提到...
要反駁趴數明年會再更高的假設,似乎(B)比較有依據,因為(B)暗示了明年還是會在4%
等於反駁了原文的假設,而(D)其實不確定性很高,因為條件不是很清楚,趴數有可能更低
也有可能更高
所以個人認為(B)比較好一點
