謝謝回覆大致了解A2的意思可能是我敘述讓大家誤解因為我們後來發現如果想成 aming跟improving做平衡皆為動名詞 (非解答寫的在decreasing 與 improving之上) 而the decreasing of operating costs與the efficiency of its distribution system 也平衡!! 還是說這邊的decreasing無法把他當成Noun.???
