: b. that had flourished at the same time as had the civilizations
題目沒有過去式，不可用過去完成式
: c. that flourished at the same time those had
同b.
: d. flourishing at the same time as those did
ving後綴片語與those did子句不平行
: e. flourishing at the same time as those were
同e.
