考點有兩個：
1. 同位語句法；one (that) they believe to be of …（舊版「GMAT語法改錯精要」將
此視為「特殊的關代」，不過on second thought，新版將修訂解釋為同位語句法）
2. to be of a type/a kind 的（片語）語法。
