ACD選項沒有補出助動詞，會變成是spee limit 跟 current one單純兩個受詞相比。
可是邏輯意思應該是把likely的程度相比。
: (D)和(E)
: be likely to 所以(D)be likely that 錯誤嗎?
這裡be likely to 的動作發出者就是主詞，且to後接的動作明確，
會比be likely that 簡潔。
大多數時候be likely that都是用作it is likely that。
