這題我看 RON大的解釋：because前後必須要有因果關係，這題後面與前面的資訊並無
因果關係所以應該用in that, 又說因為in that含義是“EXPLANATORY and LIMITING”用
來解釋前面的資訊且限定資訊
但我從OG13版第60題解答有提到in that has lrgely gone out of use ;it is
considere stilted and overly formal
那到底是可以用還是不可以用...囧
