看了OG解釋得知考點一是the same..as的對稱，
其中A,C選項還有另一考點是the fixed costs...that makes...主動單複數不一致，
想請問A,C選項中that makes...不是應該修飾nuclear plants嗎？
雖然也是不一致可以刪去，但不懂OG的用意。
如果有其他考點也很謝謝大家點出。
