malingerer是裝病以逃避責任的人
(莫老師黑寶書曾經提及)
incapacity是沒能力去做
alarmist 憂慮者; 大驚小怪的人
danger 危險
savant 學者; 專家
study是讀書
所以是alarmist-daner可以跟malinerer-incapacity對上

An alarmist is someone who is alarmed over little things. Like Homeland
Security.
A malingerer does not really have incapacity, but pretends to. An alarmist
sees danger where it does not really exist. A savant has to study to become a
savant.
Of these three pairs, the first two match.
