我查了一下M-W字典 有誤請指正:
Invent: to devise by thinking
to produce for the first time through the use of the imagination
or of ingenious thinking and experiment
accidental: occurring unexpectedly or by chance
從這解釋裡應該看得出來 invent是具有"expectedly"的性質
(因為"by thinking" "through thinking and experiment")
而accidental卻強調unexpectedly
所以邏輯關係應該就如同推文所提到的 inventiveness不是accidental
(inventiveness就是具有invent的能力之意 所以這題直接查invent的解釋即可)
我覺得 很多單字或許並不陌生 像invent應該只是國高中生等級的單字吧
但是不真的去查一下字典 只靠著中文的解釋
常常還是無法理解邏輯關係到底是什麼 善用字典真的很重要阿
