題目應該是說d'是d的四捨五入到千分位，然後A是d與d'小數位不同的數字個數
不過也不太確定

Maria換工作前薪水較Julio多24%，換工作後新的薪資較舊薪資少24%
換工作前 M = 1.24 J (1 + 24%)
換工作後 M = 0.76 x 1.24 J = 0.9404 J (1 - 24%)x(1 + 24%)
