你要先知道sensitivity和specificity的值是怎麼得來的
Px是positive result，可是因為你的sensitivity和specificity不是100%
所以Px就會有一個range
剩下的就很簡單啦，我想你可能只是沒搞懂精確度和敏感度的計算公式吧
