Sorry couldn't type Chinese now.
Anything is possible. I do not have any US degree but is working in SF Bay
Area now. When I was hired I did have 5 years experience and MS in CS from
Taiwan.
But I didn't find a job from Taiwan. I moved to US because of family issue
first, then found a job here. BTW I am on the way to green card on EB2.
Again anything is possible.
