Re: [新聞] How to Get a Meeting Back on Track
※ 引述《sc (your heart desires)》之銘言:
: If I am the person who chairs a meeting, I will make meeting agenda and have
: good control of time and flow of meeting. When discussion goes nowhere, I will
: remind my attendees of our time and tasks we need to accomplish for
: the meeting. People will respect that and refocus on our agendy items.
: If I am NOT the person who leads a meeting, I will let our leader know that
: I need to leave by what time. Sometimes, I use execuses to leave if I am not
: interested in subjects they talk about. Or I go use restroom to express
: that's I am not interested.
: However, I have been to some meetings that I cannot leave and have to stay
: for whole day. That's something I have no control over. I try to think about
: other things.
group meeting
跟co-work的team meeting
跟porject based relavent的人meeting
