已經找工作好長一段時間了 都沒什麼好結果
最近剛好有一個recruiter聯絡上我
我覺得她人還挺好的 會跟我講一些面試的技巧跟方法
我被電面時問到的一些奇怪問題
問她 她也都會跟我解釋 interviewer想要知道的答案是什麼
最近要進入onsite階段 她又很貼心的寄了一封interview tips 的email
雖然內容我覺得都是很基本的知識, 但是不po白不po
就決定來po在版上跟大家分享囉!
希望還是對大家會有點幫助
Some interview tips that may help you:
1. Dress professionally - wear a suit, if you have one
2. Please give yourself plenty of time to get there, especially if you are
unfamiliar with the area
3. Bring a couple extra copies of your resume - make sure there are no spelling
errors
4. Review your resume and be able to speak about how your past work experience
relates to the position you are interviewing for. Anything on your resume is
fair game so be able to speak about all your past technical
skills/positions/and companies.
5. Review the company’s website and get a basic understanding of their
technology and products.
6. DO NOT speak negatively about your past employers or positions - it will
produce “red flags” for the hiring manager.
7. If you are interested in the position you are interviewing for, you should
tell the hiring manager directly.
8. Try to get business cards so you can email the hiring manager/team a thank
you letter after the interview
都是一些很基本的注意事項 但還是希望對大家會有所幫助
