我爬文後還是有點不太清楚
我有看到yokoyama po文說到
7.1.5. What counts as time unemployed?
Each day during the period "when OPT authorization begins" and ends that
the student does not have qualifying employment counts as a day of
unemployment. The only exception is that periods of up to 10 days between
the end of one job and the beginning of the next job will not be included
in the calculation for time spent unemployed.
如果我很早就回報學校我找到工作 只是開始時間比較晚 這樣中間還是算失業期嗎?
我OPT 7月15號開始
工作是九月一號開始
但是我在7/15時就已經告訴ISO 說我九月一號開始 (七月那時就已經拿到offer letter)
這樣還是算我用掉45天了嗎?
如果是 那我因排班的關係 實際開始工作時間往後移這樣失業期還要加上去嗎?
另外需要固定回報ISO我的工作動向 還是只有在有改變時才須要回報?

我問是因為這工作是短期的 年底我勢必會換工作
為以免很慘地這工作結束後 下一個工作還沒著落
我需要知道我還剩多少時間可以用
