最近收到學校寄來的信，上面寫
For nonresident aliens performing services within the United States, federal
income taxes increased for wages paid on or after January 1, 2010. If you
are a nonresident alien employee and currently have federal income tax withheld
from your wages, you are subject to the increase.
google了一下，很多網站放類似的訊息
