Re: [期刊] 嗚...英文寫作有那麼差嗎？
其實我納悶的是，editor沒有針對我寫的內容批評，而是只針對
writing, gramma & exposition.....這真的有點讓人覺得鬱卒。
彷彿寫的完全狗屁不通，連翻都不想翻直接退回。
或是，他覺得水準不夠、風格不匹配該期刊，而間接以其他理由退回？
後來，我直接回信去問editor-in-chief，他的回答一串，但讓我摸不著
頭緒、看不到問題......

I (and one of the associate editors) identified yours manuscript as
one where the presentation is likely to be a serious problem.
There is no hidden meaning and any attempts to read "between the lines"
is probably not going to be very useful. There is also no judgment on
our part about the quality of the research. If you do revise it and
resubmit it, then I will forward it to an associate editor but I
cannot, of course, promise you anything about the outcome of the
review process.
