這沒有別的意思
我們對你的研究品質也沒有作出任何判斷
若你能夠修改且重新將它提出
那麼我將會把它轉給另一位編輯
但是當然，我並不能保證REVIEW的結果會是怎樣
意思就是要你回去把文字表達作修正
: There is no hidden meaning and any attempts to read "between the lines"
: is probably not going to be very useful. There is also no judgment on
