寫作時遇到的問題: 如何寫"在嚴格與放鬆中取得平衡" 如何寫 "累積生活經驗" topic Some people prefer to work for themselves or own a business. Others prefer to work for an employer. Would you rather be self-employed, work for someone else, or own a business? Use specific reasons to support your choice. 本文 I like to work for an employer. My personality isn't suitable to be a manager. I do not like to take many responsibilities to the whole business. I always do a bad job in a pressure condition, while if somebody assigned work to me, usually I can try my best to achieve their standards. I used to have some chances to be a chief leader in a sports club when senior high. All my heart wants to have a great award in the competition. I assigned some hard basic training every day. In my view, it is fun to do it and it is enjoying working hard with our teammates. However, those teammates say yes but never showed up in the daily route. They even speak ill behind my back. At first, I am angry with them, but I found angry will makes it worsen. During that period, I did a really awful job in my sports and relationship with others. Finally, I admitted to myself, I am not a good leader. It is so hard to get balances as a manager in to be kind or tough. If I am kind to those employees, most of them will too relax to obey my will. If I am too tough to my employees, most cases I will mess up the relationship with them, then I will make myself unhappy. However, one cannot avoid learning to be an employer. In whole life, people always have many chances to be in charge.
