[請益] Toefl Speaking技術問題導致無法出分
我是12/7那場在元智
因為一直遲遲沒有出分 所以寄信去問 還隔了聖誕節 直到昨天才回我
結果回信說
We are writing to you regarding the TOEFL IBT test taken on December 7, 2013.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in reporting your test scores.
Unfortunately, we are unable to score your test due to technical problems
with the Speaking section of your test. When the raters attempted to score
your Speaking section, your responses could not be heard.
Please be advised that partial test scores are not available. All sections of
the TOEFL iBT must be scorable in order to report test results.
Our records indicate that you have registered for a future test(s), as a
result, we would like to offer you one of the following options:
1. Receive a payment voucher in order to retest free of charge
2. Receive a refund of the unscorable test fee
所以等於是說我Speaking部分沒有答案= = 所以沒有分數
但我在test時有回答 而且螢幕也顯示success
結果卻是因為設備技術問題 這樣到底要如何確定麥克風到底有沒有問題啊....
有版友遇過類似情況嗎?
