Good day. Thanks for taking your time to read over my article. Actually, the main point in that article was my values on writing: I wanted to encourage people to thin k more on the possibility of building their own world in writing--a world in w hich they can direct their readers to their position in a more creative way. As a lot of students in Taiwan seem to have problems writing confidently witho ut copying, I was hoping that through that article, more students would unders tand the basics of this art to eventually become a more confident writer. Inspiration and love towards language come from all sorts of places-- a gramma r book, a dictionary, or a classroom in which people can influence and inspire each other to become better in life. I wrote my article under short notice, a fter realizing that topic sentences, thesis statements and introductions can r eally make people struggle. If I can't even let people fall in love with writing, how can I influence them to fall in love with language itself? Therefore, I wrote this sharing, in order to support the ones who need the hel p, and to encourage people to dream big and not to claim that I am perfect. We are truly lucky to have people like you with us-- people who share ideas so that an even bigger picture can be structured, people that discuss and point out errors so that others can improve, people that allow more variety and poss ibility for growth. I would take time to go over your suggestions. Yet, I believe there are values in my article that you might not have mentioned. These are values I will stan d for, and I am happy actually, to see those values been reaffirmed everyday, as I witness my students gradually falling in love with English, just as I am.
