打在地上的閃電極有可能是具有破壞性的，所以即使它只佔了所有閃電的百分之二十，
它仍受到許多科學家的關注。
因此作者在強調即使這種閃電只佔了一小部分，但仍受到許多科學家的關注
所以選A
