1.grind可以當名詞和動詞,當名詞時的複數寫法為grounds?
怎會這樣,還是我資料錯誤.
2.~ you were as drunk as a lord.
醉的像國王?怎麼翻才對?
3.I hate the way you look at me.
=how
上面是關係副詞的用法
那I hate the way how you look at me也是對的吧?
是哪一個文法解釋呢?
4.It's just the tip of the iceberg. There's more to this problem than
than meets the eye.
這一句完全不懂意思.
5.If I were her wife, ____ I am not. I might leave him for good.
答案是which,文法書說這是關代特殊用法,但我還是不懂用法.
