台東縣校長會議昨天舉行,邀請中原大學教育研究所長李珀談教學視導等議題。不過部分
教師對此相當反彈,認為有被監視的感覺;但也有教師認為「把視導當成學生看待,平常
心就好」。教育處則認為態度決定結果,希望教師和視導都能正面看待。
教育處表示,所謂的教學視導,是讓校長、主任或視導教師在上課進入教室,觀察課程,
以第三者的身分提供教師教學改進建議,但有的教師卻認為是吹毛求疵,難免會有反抗心
理,「可以理解但不能認同」。
有教師表示,上課時校長或其他教師坐學生後面,感覺就是被盯著,整個人都不自然起來
,「沒有人會喜歡被監督的感覺,在上課時說好聽是觀課,說難聽就是視導,都難免會干
擾教師、學生上課的心態,這樣能找出問題來嗎?」
「把坐在後面的全都當成學生就好了!」教學不滿5年的陳姓教師認為,視導也未必什麼都
懂,所以他決定把視導當成學生看待,除了不叫起來回答問題外,就和其他學生一樣。
教育處表示,其實問題都出在心態上,視導應該是處於協助的立場,而不是挑剔。
部分資深的校長建議,視導教師可以在觀課時點頭認同,給上課教師鼓勵,就會呈現良性
互動,也有助於事後溝通,「不要讓人感覺你是來找碴的,就成功了!」
