(另外申請人的名稱打錯,industries打成industrials,公司名以往都沒有"." 應該修正會比較好吧..因為從我接她的單到現在(及看以前的資料), 她第一次這個地方打錯...加上她這次換開狀銀行...>"<) 40E: UCP LATEST VERSION (所以這張L/C適用UCP600??) 42C: SIGHT 42A: ** BANK (根據這兩項我必須開即期匯票??, 以前沒開過,所需文件那邊沒提到要提示匯票, 所以要提示?? 另外開匯票對出口商會比較好??) 46A 1)Beneficiary’s signed commercial invoice in 2 originals and 6 copies certifying that goods shipped are according to proforma invoice... (受益者簽名的商業發票2正6副,證明貨物依據P/I出貨.) 2)Copy of certificate of Taiwanese origin. (副本產證 (寫成Taiwanese 沒關係??) 3)Full set(less one original) clean on board ocean bills of lading issued to the order of ** bank, Cairo marked FREIGHT Pre-paid, LINER TERMS andnotify buyers. (全套(減一份正本)清潔提單指出以開狀銀行為提單抬頭人,註明運費已付, LINER TERMS 和貨到通知人為開狀銀行.) (這樣的瑕疵費會很高嗎?? 這樣寫會延生出很多不知名的費用嗎….還是就算沒寫, 她想亂扣也是照扣??) 3)We will hold discrepant documents at your disposal, however if we did not receive any instructions from you prior to the receiving of applicants acceptance, we will deliver documents to them without seeking your approval.
