acoount of (原因是因為............以下簡短填充名詞理由).
The (公司名稱) CO. , with which your order was placed is suufering a serious
(理由:像新聞報導一樣在第二段重述理由的詳細內容)
Every effort is being made to deliver the goods as requested . Howeverm they
say one week(時間) delay of shipment is unavoidable. We ask, therefore, that
you kindly approve the situation with (怎麼樣補償法) as show in(怎麼處理證明)
Although this is beyond our control, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience
caused you.
最簡單是:we regret that we cannot ship the goods as schedulled owing to (原因).
