[問題] urgent更改班機交貨的婉轉說法

我朋友是菜鳥貿易人員，遇到了問題，麻煩熱心的板友幫忙一下。謝謝 ^^ ========================================================== 明天就是交期了.. 但是公司還是搞不出來... 要跟她延班機.. 以下我自己大概擬的草稿, 但可是還不夠.. 需要你們的幫忙 The quantities I gave you last night may change before delivery. ( 要說出貨前數量可能還會在變動) Our prodution is not able to provide me the exact quantity. (因為我們生產部到目前還是不能給我正確的數量) (以下就是重點,但是我不太確定應該要先提出哪一點, word order) 1. Due to there are more flights by air freight, so is it possible we change the flight on Monday. (因為飛往美國的班機每天都有,那他們是不是可以接受我們把班機改道禮拜一, 如此一來,空海運的所有的數量,都能達到.) 2. Otherwise, we send you both on time. However, the container would not fill out. (第二個情況是,海運可以如期, 但20呎可能不能滿櫃.或是the shipment move to next closely day.) 還有,我應該要說這樣趕貨的情況下(但還蠻常發生的),有時候QC是不太能控制好的. 應該要怎樣才能說的比較婉轉? It's really tough for me.
