不好意思，由於第一次做到L/C的實務
可否請板上先進幫我看看此L/C的內容是否對我方不利?
因為我非本科系畢業
現在超級緊張的>"<
因為客戶說這是急單
而我們公司負責進出口的就只有我 orz
以前都是直接做T/T
所以這回整個超緊張的啦
我方為出口商，要出口至香港
客戶在Documents required那邊有兩條我不太懂
*Full set of clean on board ocean bills of lading
(covering port-to-port shipment) made out to order of
"Bank of China(Hong Kong) Ltd. " and marked "freight prepaid" and
notify "applicant."
*Insurance policy or certificate endorsed in blank for least 110% CIF
or CIP value coverting Institute Cargo Clauses"A", Institute War Clauses"Air"
Institute Strike Clauses"Air" and Institute Theft, Piferage and
Non-delivery Clauses showing claims payable at destination in the currency
of this credit.
還有在Other terms and conditions:
*All banking charges outside your counter including remibursing charges
are for account beneficiary.
