[問題] FDA付款?
我們平常很少在出美國或加拿大，
不過還是有固定一兩家，
只是FDA之前不是我申請的，所以我對它也不是很了解..
今天我們美國客人寫信來說我們的貨卡在海關，
以下是信的一部分內容:
Our shipment is “Detention” with the FDA. The FDA’s letter states
“The device listing number submitted to the FDA does not appear to be valid. Provide the correct
listing number.”
我想問的是...申請FDA有所謂的期限嗎?
是不是多久要繳一次錢呢?
不然怎麼會有失效的問題.....
麻煩各位有經驗的幫我解答一下。因為現在貨卡在海關快一個月了...
