[問題] 這句英文附在合約裡面是正常的嗎?
如題，
其實條款有非常多句
但我真的光看這兩句就覺得很像有陷阱了
是我誤錯意嗎?
所以想請問大家供應商的合約都是這樣擬的嗎?
因為這是要簽合約的...
所以我非常小心...
希望大家能多提供一點不一樣的意見阿@@

1.
Any times quoted for delivery and/or supply are estimates only and the supplier
shall not be liable for failure to delivery/supply,
or for delay in delivery/supply.
The Customer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods,
by reason of any delay in delivery/supply or dispatch.

No delay or failure to fulfil any part of any order shall entitle the Customer
to cancel or vary any order or delay or reduce any payment.

Notwithstanding that any provision of the Terms may prove to be illegal or
unenforceable pursuant to any statute or rule of law or for any other reason
that provision is deemed omitted without affecting the legality of the remaining
provisions and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in
full force and effect.
