[閒聊] 印度人真的狠不要臉...

我們家有組印度客人,不知道為什麼.我來公司時, 這家印度客人就是open account ( 15 days) 但是付款從來沒有準時過. 也都拖很久. 15 days 大概都拖到 100 days 5筆應收帳款,假定金額為 USD 20, USD 1000,USD 2000,USD 35,USD 3000 一定是先付USD 1000+2000 問他USD 20,USD 35呢 ? 他說下次付. 下次付時應收帳款又累積成USD 20,USD 35,USD 3000,USD 500,USD 1200 然後只付USD 3000 我老闆都還是幫他出貨,下訂單, 累積下來,USD 20,USD 35 就是永遠不會付就對了.每次都說 We'll pay within next time. 這種拖延戰術曾經跟我拖延過二年有一次我老闆說,一毛都不能少..他們才付錢.因為已經搞到訂單來不接,不下採購單他們急了才甘願付掉我們也是他們的IPO 除了跟我們採購之外.我們也幫他們向指定廠商採購. 大多數都是要T/T in advance的. 結果印度人給我們拖延貨款最扯的是去年12月出了4000多USD 今年1月跟你說東西有問題,拒付貨款但是是他自己指定 approve的產品,供應商... 結果搞了很久,今年10月他跟我們老闆說還是沒辦法直接付款. 但是願意用其他方式make up 然後,因為他們欠的貨款實在太多... 八月份的貨款欠到現在他們本來說11月的第二周會付....結果..是在12月的第一周會付 11月之後我們就已經拒絕出貨了.但是他有個東西急著要所以我老闆還是幫他單出那個item. 算一算那筆貨款也在今天on due了假定總貨款USD 12,000 今天on due的是USD 2000. 但是他們該付的貨款..還是沒付. 然後他寫信來叫我們幫他出貨.說會盡量在12/15之前付欠的貨款 (但是自動把今天on due 那筆刪除) 我跟他說.反正你就是全部都要付款.不然我不會出貨 ( 因為一些原因.老闆也放任我挑明了說..不再含蓄地說了) 然後下午我就接到電話了以下我寫英文比較快.. Indian: Please arrange the shipment today. me: No,it's too late. India: Please arrange the shipment tomorrow. me: No, it's weekend, we don't work. Indian: please arrange the shipment next monday. me: Sorry , we can not ship anything. Because we are still waiting for the o/s payment. Indian: but I need them urgently. me: but we've waited the payment for long time. and our finance manager locks the shipment already. Indian: I want to talk to your finance manager. me:he's out of office. Indian: I want to talk to Maggie ( Maggie是我主管) me:I don't know if she's in the office, hold on, i'll check it for you. 然後Maggie說..Maggie不在~~..╮(﹋﹏﹌)╭.. me: Sorry, maggie is out of office as well,and she's not coming back until next monday. Indian: why don't you send the shipment for me ? it's urgent. me:We've waited for the payment for long time. Indian:I request you to release the shipment, and we'll try to pay USD 10,000 before 15-DEC. me:I'm sorry, we need to receive USD 12,000. Indian:The USD 2,000 is not over due yet. me: but the USD 2,000 is on due today, it'll be over due if you pay them next week. Indian: It's just 1 day over due. ( 意思就是才差一天你幹嘛那麼計較) me: but it's OVER DUE. Indian: why are you not trust me ? I promise you we'll try to pay before 15-DEC. me:you promised lots of time. but we still haven't got the money. Indian: I need them urgently, I want to talk to your finance manger. me: he's out of office. Indian: When will he be back ? me: (逼急了.....) he's not coming back today, and he DOESN'T speak English. Indian:He doesn't speak English ? me: No,he doesn't speak English. Indian: so..you mean..I need to learn Chinese if I want to talk to him ? me: I'm afraid ...yes. but it takes a long while. Indian:I want to talk to Maggie. me: she's out of office. and she's not coming back. she'll be back next Mon. Indian: I need her mobile phone number. me: Sorry,I can not give it to you, that's her private number. Indian:I shall call her next monday. me: yes, please. 其實整段對話大概....快半小時一直在i promise,we wait long 這樣無窮迴圈.... 掛上電話之後.我跟Maggie說....我們的對話狀況. 然後告訴Maggie..下周一印度人會再打電話來給Maggie 我還是會跟印度人說Maggie不在結果這時候的Maggie嚴肅地跟我說: 我下周一真的不在\⊙▽⊙/ 印度人的臉皮真的是厚到極點... 但是今天下午的鬼打牆對話..還真的是很妙我們家助理說..那什麼爛藉口.finance manager doesn't speak English都出來啦!!!! 但是很好笑( ′-`)y-～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.139.216

我來回一下被客戶投訴這件事情... 幾年前我老闆有半年不在公司都用電話遙控我做事情有一次印度人來投訴我說我老是漲他價刁他貨款不出貨因為當時老闆的信件都是我在看(老闆在家看我在公司再看一次) 結果因為印度人投訴我我就模仿老闆的語氣寫了一封文情並茂的書信感謝客人的指教但是漲價不得已因為他指定的供應商漲價催他貨款不得已因為欠狠久了刁他出貨不得已因為財務部不給出貨另外還稱讚我這個員工總是盡力SUPPORT印度客人.. 我自己看到都快掉眼淚了... 結果信件結語我順手打了... Best regards Sasha
