[問題] 信用狀47a條款有幾個看不懂意思~
各位前輩們好~
我看LC時其中47A條款有一些看不太懂!
想請教各位前輩!
1. If beneficiary presents a certification that the textile shipment being
made covers goods that do not require a visa to enter the U.S., Then the
photocopy of original visa/export license ro originaled visaed commercial
invoice is not required for negotiation provided all other requirements
are made.
2. If the beneficiary presnets a certification that the goods being shipped
are not textile related,then the U.S. customs textile declaration in
quadruplicate, photocopy of original visa/export license or original visaed
commercial invoice is not required for negotiation.
麻煩各位前輩幫我看看這是什麼意思!
