如果之後還要做生意，感覺應該跟客戶說得婉轉一點。
若前提是客戶來客訴要錢的話，可考慮這樣回覆。
We arrange production after receiving your samples approval and the quality
of mass production is same as pre-production samples. Please kindly understand
that we are in a very difficult position to conifrm this debit.
If you would like to change material in future orders, please further advise
and we will requote you. Thanks a lot.
