標題: [問題]NSCL cancer stage Ia和 target therapy

身邊有朋友是non small cell lung cancer stage Ia
tumor size about 0.9cm
LN no finding
翻了翻教科書 和徵詢其VS的意見
皆表示Ia 目前只要手術清除即算cure
但心中不免還是有點毛毛的
想請問板上眾高手
若是將patho 送基因定序
對target therapy有response (eg. Iressa, Tarceva)
Ia是否建議自費吃? (經濟尚可負擔藥費)
搜尋了一下
發現只有Ib的study 而且是比較吃5-FU和沒吃的
結果似乎沒有顯著差異
不曉得有沒有Ia的 study?
又 有比較early stage吃target therapy的outcome文章否?
不曉得大家的意見會不會建議吃呢?
