滬公立醫院人才首現群體跳槽 私立醫院前景看好

去年7月19日本報獨家報道了上海二醫大受托管理蘇州私立九龍醫院並代為招聘人才
的消息。從昨天起﹐針對首批54名應聘者的專項面試正式展開。記者在面試現場看到一個
有趣現象﹐悄悄排隊參加面試的人中有不少是滬上知名大醫院的高端醫學人才。據招聘方

面試會于昨天早上8點在二醫大正式開始﹐第一個上場的應聘者來自滬上某知名三甲
醫院器官移植中心的主任醫師﹐擁有正高級專業職稱和留學經歷。記者發現﹐昨天的應聘
者中有超過1/3來自瑞金﹑曙光﹑新華﹑長海﹑長征等知名三甲大醫院﹐且專業職稱全部

九龍醫院是由一家香港貿易公司投資開辦的私立醫院﹐首場面試是學科帶頭人專場﹐
為錄用者提供的條件包括每年30萬元的底薪﹑150平方米的公寓房以及上海戶口和學校編
制。“年薪30萬起”雖然起點不低﹐但如果留在大醫院﹐每年工資獎金再加上對外醫技輸
出等得到的收入肯定遠遠高于這個數﹐一位在場的內行人告訴記者。

“這30萬我拿得踏實安心”。一位等待面試的中年醫師告訴記者﹐盡管留在大醫院收
取“外財”的機會不少﹐但終究不是長久之計﹐國有醫院員工收入提高還有待時日。幾位
面試者告訴記者﹐由二醫大全權經營管理的首創模式給他們吃了顆“定心丸”﹐“大學托
管給九龍醫院描繪了一個美麗的前景”。二醫大人事處處長朱旭明告訴記者﹐他手裡還有
一份5個人的面談名單﹐都是目前滬上知名度很高的學科帶頭人﹐他們也有意加盟私立醫

記者了解到﹐目前上海民營醫院共200多家﹐尚沒有從三甲醫院引進過在職高端人才
。由于職稱申報﹑學科研發﹑學術論文評定等方面的政策瓶頸﹐國有醫院人才向民營醫院
