[問題] gigantic oral ulcer

With a gigantic oral ulcer around 1*1cm2 around palatine tonsil (precisely, palatoglossal arch after checking Netter) should I go to ENT or dentist? I've tryed Dexamethasone oral paste, but it just won't stay, due to the awkward site..... I did once have a small bottle of Aboxyl, but it's gone and nowhere to be found. Sad.
